On Saturday, January 7, 2012, Foodwisdom's Francesca Gesualdi will begin a series of food workshops at Perrywinkle Cottage.
Francesca is a food literacy educator and author of the Gumboot's Pen N Pantry Section. She starts with a dynamic
class on making your own yogurt.
The afternoon will also feature homemade blackberry scones, tea,
intelligent discussions and robust food autonomy models.
Workshop fee $30. Additional
family members $10 each
